Young Forest Martial Arts at the Battle of Champions

We had a few students get their feet wet at the Lion’s Karate Battle of Champions this past Saturday. Lion’s Karate hosts great tournaments. Our aspiring young competitors had a great experience and are eager for the next tournament! Good job students! And good job to all the other competitors. As always with Lion’s Karate tournaments, the competition was stiff and the sportsmanship was outstanding!

Thank you Sensei Steve Hanford for hosting such great events! And thanks to all the volunteers who help make these events so great! Finally, thanks to all the parents and adult competitors who support these events. The organization and execution of successful tournaments represent only a fraction of what it takes. A great deal of the credit goes to the caliber of martial arts schools, competitors, and supporting families. Lion’s Karate tournaments always have exemplary participants and spectators.
